SKS Business Services Ltd (SKS), an award-winning firm of chartered accountants and finance outsource specialists, have acquired chartered accountants Bailey Group with legal advice provided by Moore Barlow.  Acquisition financing was provided by Shard Credit Partners.

SKS’s acquisition of Bailey Group grows the firm’s geographical reach as it gains an established base in the North East. This means SKS now has a presence in five out of the UK’s eight regions and a consolidated group EBITDA of £4.8 million.
