What to do if you are involved in an accident with an uninsured driver

Associate solicitor, Matthew Tuff in the Major Trauma service team, discusses what can be done if you are involved in an accident with another driver who does not have insurance or who has left the scene of the accident.

In these cases, you can still make a claim and the claim can be submitted to an organisation called the Motor Insurers Bureau. Moore Barlow are experts in these claims and if you have any questions, or would like to know more, please contact Matthew Tuff.
