LDC-backed Onecom Group has acquired a Swindon-based communications company in a deal supported by Moore Barlow.
The purchase of Excalibur Communications Group will provide Onecom with additional capacity and capability through its team and geographic reach.
Established in 2002 and headquartered in Whiteley, Onecom employs more than 600 people in offices around the UK, and counts Vodafone, Microsoft, Google, Mitel, Samsung, Apple, Gamma and Five9 as its strategic partners.
