About Isabelle
I joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2019 having completed my law degree at the University of Winchester and my LPC at the University of Law in Guildford. I qualified into the corporate team in September 2021, and I am now an associate based in our Southampton office.
As a corporate solicitor at Moore Barlow, I guide businesses and individuals through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and all things corporate — from shareholders’ agreements to share buybacks. My expertise spans industries, helping clients navigate high-stakes transactions with clarity and precision.
Beyond my legal work, I have the privilege of chairing the Moore Barlow Pride committee, championing inclusivity and celebrating diversity in the workplace.

Outside of work, you’ll find me on the pitch playing for AFC Varsity, my local Sunday league team. When I’m not kicking a ball, I’m watching football (painfully loyal to Manchester United) or enjoying long walks with my golden retriever, Albus.

- Advising the shareholders of Computer and Network Consultants Limited on its sale to FluidOne, backed by private equity investor Livingbridge.
- Advising New Path Fire and Secrutiny on multiple acquisitions and its recent financing deal worth £20m.
- Advising Symetrica Limited, the global leader in radiation detection and identification, on a fundraising by way of equity investment from existing investors.
- Advising the shareholders of Security Limited on the sale of its entire issued share capital to Acora Group.
- Advising the shareholders of The Alarming Company Limited on a Management buy-out (MBO) of the company.
- Advising the shareholders of CellPath Holdings Limited on the sale of its entire issued share capital to American manufacturer of medical diagnostic equipment, StatLab Medical Products, an Audax Private Equity and Linden Capital Partners portfolio company.
