About Cathal

Cathal is an experienced employment law specialist. As a Senior Associate, he has worked on everything from simple contract reviews through to complex final hearings in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Cathal prides himself on providing pragmatic, friendly, and cost-effective solutions for his clients’ needs. His attention to detail ensures that his client’s interests are always put first. He is also an accredited civil, commercial and workplace mediator and will help facilitate the resolution of disputes across a broad range of sectors.

Cathal provides bespoke training for employer clients on a range of topics, including; preventing harassment in the workplace, conducting effective grievance and disciplinary proceedings and managing team performance.
