About Brandon
As Talent Acquisition Manager, I support our Partners and other hiring managers on all matters relating to the recruitment of new talent into the business; from initial sourcing through to the offer and onboarding process.
I am committed to ensuring that we engage with and recruit new talent in a way that upholds the firm’s core values.
After completing my university studies, I began my recruitment career with a specialist finance and legal agency, where I developed a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. I later moved in-house as Recruitment Manager for a regional law firm with offices across the South Coast and Thames Valley.
I was thrilled to be invited to join Moore Barlow as Talent Acquisition Manager, arriving at a time of exciting growth alongside our People Director, James O’Loughlin.
What motivates me?
I’ve always enjoyed a challenge, and the legal sector certainly provides its fair share! What truly motivates me, though, is helping our teams find the right people to drive growth and deliver exceptional client service. I also take real joy in supporting candidates through the entire journey — from our first chat to the moment they accept an offer — and making sure they feel informed, valued, and excited about joining us.
Outside of work
Outside the office, I’m usually wandering around Brighton’s cafés, shops, and seafront — with my Greyhound, Evie, happily tagging along!
