Moore Barlow has promoted three lawyers to its partnership across its Family, Corporate and Commercial Property practices.
Matthew Devine, Erin Lyon and Callum Leary join the firm’s 59-strong partnership, following year-on-year growth at the leading law firm.
Matthew, a Partner in the Corporate practice, Erin, part of the firm’s Family practice and Callum, a Commercial Property lawyer, all trained at Moore Barlow and collectively represent more than three decades of experience at the firm.
At 32 years old, Erin’s promotion makes her one of the youngest female partners in a top 100 law firm. She also bolsters Moore Barlow’s already impressive 58% female partner ratio, compared to an industry average of just 22% female partnership.
Erin specialises in complex, high-net-worth financial cases including cases with trust assets, international property and businesses. She is also highly experienced in private children work, including international relocation and domestic abuse cases. Her expertise is recognised by Resolution, a leading family law organisation, which awarded her specialist accreditations in private children and complex and high net worth financial cases.
Matthew advises organisations and business owners on all aspects of company law. He specialises in employee incentives as well as private company M&A, supporting Moore Barlow’s transaction activity, which exceeded £350m in completed deals in 2024.
Callum supports clients on all commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, management, landlord and tenant matters. His work is increasingly focused on future energy, including electric vehicle (EV) charging and telecoms.
We couldn’t be prouder to welcome Matthew, Erin and Callum to our partnership. All three have been with Moore Barlow from the start of their careers, growing alongside the firm.
Their promotions are not just a testament to their hard work and dedication, but also to the supportive, inclusive and nurturing environment we are committed to at Moore Barlow. We’re excited to see the fresh perspectives and continued excellence they will bring us in their new roles.
