About Tia
As an experienced Property Executive within Moore Barlow’s Plots team, I bring over a decade of expertise in supporting both individual clients and national housebuilders.
With extensive experience in the purchase of new build properties, I am also regularly recommended by a variety of developers to represent purchasers.
I specialise in guiding clients through the unique complexities of purchasing and selling newly constructed homes, leveraging my in-depth knowledge of the legalities and regulations that govern this sector. This ensures that every transaction proceeds seamlessly and efficiently.
In addition to my work with individual buyers, I provide crucial legal insight to developers, helping them navigate the intricacies of property transactions. Having a dual perspective which is gained from experience on both the purchaser and developers side of the transaction allows me to understand the needs of housebuilders, lenders, and clients alike, enabling me to deliver a premium, tailored service to all parties involved.
I am currently part way through my CILEx Qualification to becoming a CILEx Lawyer.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and my little boy, Riley. I play netball weekly and I enjoy visiting new places and eating out.
