I am an associate in the firm’s commercial property team, advising banks and lenders.
I advise receivers appointed on various aspects of property transactions following their appointments.
I work with banks and lenders and advise them on repossession sales. I also advise on borrowers’ applications that affect the security following completion of a loan, such as leases, transfers of equity or sales of part.
My clients receive plain-speaking advice on the options available to them. Our expert legal support helps them complete deals as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Outside of work I enjoy trips to other parts of the UK, a good musical and eating afternoon tea.
