About Luc
I am a partner in our commercial property team and also the head of our Real Estate division.
My role allows me to spend time with all of our Real Estate teams across all of our offices and closely monitor the ups and downs in all property sectors. It is a real privilege for me to work with all of our people in this way.
As a lawyer I provide businesses and private individuals with commercial property advice.
My clients typically include investors, lenders, pub companies and developers. I also act for well-known businesses in the transport and logistics sectors. In addition, I work alongside our insolvency team advising insolvency practitioners on property issues arising out of formal insolvencies and business turnarounds.
My objective is simple – to provide clients with outstanding technical knowledge and a pragmatic, commercial approach. I am a true believer in a ‘partner led’ service and, in a world of IT, not forgetting good old fashioned principles (like being available to speak at any time).
Outside of work I enjoy being a Dad to my two sons. And when they give me some time out, you will find me in the garage working on my car.
