About Frances

I qualified as a solicitor in 2007.  Previously I worked in investment management, regulation and compliance.

I specialise in Wills and Estate Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration and Court of Protection matters.

I have a broad client base including; vulnerable adults, the elderly, families, business professionals, and high-net-worth individuals. I have also worked with charities and care homes advising and supporting clients under their care.

I strive to provide clear and pragmatic advice, specially tailored to each client’s individual needs and circumstances.  Because I will often meet clients during a challenging time in their lives, I believe it is important to approach each matter in a friendly and empathetic fashion. I make home visits for my less mobile elderly or vulnerable clients.

Moore Barlow has a strong Private Wealth team with extensive resources of experience, knowledge and expertise.    I am based predominately in the Richmond office.

I am a full Member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), a Fully Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). I am also a Member of the STEP Mental Capacity Special Interest Group; a Dementia Friend Champion and Dementia Friend.

Outside of work I love spending time with family and friends, particularly when this involves walking, trips to the theatre and cinema and eating together. I really enjoy reading, listening to music and travelling.
