About Anna
As a Legal Director in Moore Barlow’s corporate team, with over 20 years’ experience of general corporate work, I work with many corporate and commercial clients on matters including corporate governance, re-organisations (including cross border), shareholder arrangements, employee benefits and mergers and acquisitions.
I work closely with clients to understand the outcome they are seeking to achieve to find an effective and commercial solution.
Anna’s case highlights
- Cross border re-organisation of an international group which involved working closely with counsel in various jurisdictions to co-ordinate work streams and to ensure that work was delivered on time.
- Considering directors duties within the context of a group of companies where opportunities that a group may have taken were directed outside of the group.
- Various mergers and acquisitions some of which cross border, and others which involved the exercise of EMI options and issues that arose in relation to the proposed exercise.
