Sam Willey joins Moore Blatch as Partner

Moore Blatch, a top 100 law firm, has boosted their Land Development team with the appointment of residential and commercial land development specialist Sam Willey as Partner.

Sam joins from Ellis Jones.  He has specialist expertise acting for developers and investors who typically acquire and develop land for residential and commercial use. Sam has advised on complex conversion and restoration projects of listed buildings, and management of commercial property investments.

Edward Whittington, managing partner and head of real estate, Moore Blatch, commented “Sam has in-depth knowledge of both commercial property and land development. Specifically he has provided strategic legal advice on contracts conditional upon grant of planning permission and option agreement, non-contentious Landlord and Tenant commercial lease work, and the legal set up of development sites.  His reputation for giving clients’ concise, practical and commercial legal advice means he is a very welcome addition to our team.”

“I’ve seen Moore Blatch grow in both size and reputation over the past few years, with impressive rankings in both Legal 500 and Chambers” commented Sam Willey. “I look forward to working with them and building on recent successes.”
