Moore Blatch advises the Sellers of Inframon Ltd on their sale to Ensono Limited

US IT Service provider Ensono has acquired Reading based specialist cloud service provider Inframon, with legal advice being provided by law firm Moore Blatch.

Led by Corporate Partner Peter Jeffery, Moore Blatch provided legal support to Sellers of Inframon.

Ensono’s acquisition of Inframon will enable Ensono to extend beyond its existing hybrid IT services. The acquisition of Inframon will further strengthen Ensono’s AWS and Azure prowess. 

Inframon, recipient of the Microsoft 2017 World Wide Productivity Partner of the Year award, specialises in moving large Microsoft-centric organisations to the cloud.

During the transaction Peter was supported by the full breadth of the Moore Blatch team, including Thomas Clark, Polly Cross, Milly Bygrave, Cherie Lawson, John Warchus, Naomi Greenwood, Stephanie Bowen and Luc Algar.
