Southeast law firm Moore Barlow’s corporate team has advised Berkshire-based IT and cloud infrastructure consultancy Q Associates on its acquisition by global tech solutions firm Logicalis UK&I.
Q Associates specialises in providing data management, data protection, compliance and information security solutions to numerous UK Public Sector customers, alongside commercial clients in sectors including finance, legal, transportation, and energy.
Commenting on the acquisition, Andrew Griffiths, business development director at Q Associates, said: “We’ve worked incredibly hard to build a solid reputation and the interest from Logicalis, a global enterprise, is testament to the success of that endeavor. This acquisition is a natural fit for both organisation, and will provide clear benefits to our customers through the extended capability and reach of Logicalis. I am very excited by this next stage in our evolution.”
The deal was led by Jeremy Over, partner in the corporate team at Moore Barlow. Also on the Moore Barlow team were Dean Outten (Solicitor, Corporate), Cherie Lawson (Chartered Legal Executive, Corporate), Chelsea Feeney (Solicitor, Employment) and Alex Watson-Lee (Trainee Solicitor, Corporate). Logicalis was represented by Dorsey and Whitney.

The 22-strong corporate team at Moore Barlow is one of the largest in the South of England. With offices in Guildford, Southampton, Lymington, Working, Richmond and London, the team supports clients in London and along the M3 corridor, as well as around the South Coast.
