Southeast law firm Moore Barlow has advised facade risk consultancy business, FR Consultants on its acquisition by RSK Group.
FR Consultants, headquartered in Hampshire, is a leading building fire safety service firm. It specialises in facade surveys and external remediation work across the built environment. With more than 100 years’ experience, the company provides a full suite of building fire safety and compliance services and acts as lead consultants when developing and remediating buildings across the UK.
The sale will see FR Consultants operate within RSK Group’s portfolio of companies across Europe and the Middle East. The business will retain its brand and workforce as part of the deal.
