Moore Barlow has advised on the sale of D2E International VT Consultants Ltd to American company VDA, in a multi-million-pound deal.
VDA, a global leader in vertical transportation consulting and inspection, is expanding its operations through the acquisition of D2E International VT Consultants, a UK-based specialist engineering consultancy focused on vertical transportation.
The acquisition forms part of VDA’s strategic expansion into international markets, allowing the US company to strengthen its global presence and capabilities in elevator and escalator consulting and inspections.
The transaction involved the sale of the entire issued share capital of D2E International VT Consultants to VDA, marking a significant milestone for both companies.
