Webinar: Emerging from lockdown and how to manage the return to the workplace

As the UK continues to progress along the government’s roadmap towards the end of restrictions, many employers are turning their minds to the return to getting their staff back into the workplace. With policies in place covering the physical return to the workplace, employers must now start consulting their staff about their return to the workplace.

In this webinar we look at how to deal with those members of staff who are reluctant to return to the workplace, whether because of concerns for health and safety or because of the impact on their lifestyles. We also discuss the reasons for and against regular employee testing and whether it is safe to implement a ‘no jab, no job’ vaccination policy.

Leading the webinar is Katherine Maxwell, Partner, and Michelle Tudor, Senior Associate, from our Employment Team, who discuss some of the practicalities of bringing staff back to the workplace and how to manage different views amongst employees.

We are delighted to be joined by Geraldine Joaquim of Mind Your Business, who speaks about the impact of the return to the workplace on employees’ mental health. Having spent over 20 years working in a corporate role, Geraldine now specialises in workplace wellbeing, providing training on topics ranging from personal stress management to building team resilience.  She is also an author and TEDx speaker.

This webinar is aimed at owner-managed businesses and HR managers.
