Celebrating Pride

We wanted to kick June off by saying Happy Pride to all! Pride Month is an incredibly important month of the year where individuals and businesses around the world celebrate diversity in our society.

Pride is a celebration of progress – but it’s also a reminder that equality isn’t yet a reality for everyone. While society has become more open and inclusive, many LGBTQ+ people still experience discrimination in their daily lives and at work. Recognising both the progress we’ve made and the work still to do is at the heart of why Pride matters.

LGBTQ+ issues may affect anyone in our society, directly or indirectly. Some of our wonderful employees have stepped forward and shared their personal stories on how LGBTQ+ issues have affected them.

Help us celebrate Pride and make a difference we have set up a Just Giving page to support Galop – an LGBT anti-abuse charity and police monitoring group in the United Kingdom that campaigns against domestic abuse, conversion therapy, sexual violence, hate crime, and other forms of discrimination against LGBT people.”
