About Claire

I am a senior associate in the Corporate team and qualified in 2010.

My clients include companies and individuals, and I advise on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence, warranties and indemnities and complying with TUPE. I also draft and negotiate settlement agreements, service agreements and consultancy agreements.

I enjoy watching rugby and football and camping in the New Forest.
