I am a partner in the firm’s corporate team specialising in corporate governance and company secretarial advice.
I work with clients from a range of corporate and commercial backgrounds. I specialise in corporate governance and support corporate teams on mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations and refinancing matters.
My clients also seek my help with a wide range of company secretarial matters. These include director and shareholder meetings, share transactions, articles of association, directors’ duties, and Companies House filing requirements.
Our team pays close attention to detail and we all have a good understanding of the processes involved. It means that our clients are assured that all the necessary legal documentation is under control and well managed.
