I support the corporate team on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate reorganisation and restructuring, employee incentives and various other corporate related matters.
Prior to joining Moore Barlow, I studied the LPC part time while working as a paralegal dealing largely with residential property transactions.
