About Emma
I am an Associate in our Private Wealth team based in Guildford, advising clients on a wide range of private client matters.
I have experience helping individuals and families achieve their lifetime planning objectives, with a particular focus on will drafting, estate planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
I also guide clients through challenging periods, including following a bereavement, assisting with obtaining Grants of Probate and providing advice throughout the full estate administration process.
I take the time to understand each client’s priorities, offering clear and compassionate guidance to navigate complex and sensitive matters, helping them feel confident and reassured at every stage.
Having graduated from Oxford Brookes university with a law degree in 2012, I subsequently worked in corporate tax at an investment bank in London.
I decided to make a move back to law, joining Moore Barlow (then Barlow Robbins) in 2016 and completing my LPC at the University of Law in Guildford in 2018. I started my training contract with the firm in 2021, qualifying in 2023.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, keeping active, spending time with my young family, and indulging my love of baking — from experimenting with new recipes to sharing treats with family and friends.
