About Daniel
I enjoy advising and helping clients on a wide variety of their personal matters including: administration of estates (with a particular specialism in estates with international elements), succession and inheritance tax planning (including Will drafting and the creation and administration of trusts), advising trustees and beneficiaries regarding trusts, powers of attorney, and more broadly providing general tax advice.
My aim is to ensure that complex legal issues are explained in a clear and comprehensive manner, always with a view to establishing a lasting relationship.
I am mindful that the advice I give is sometimes sought at a difficult time and I always seek to provide advice and assistance in an approachable manner.
I attended Reigate Grammar School before studying at the University of Exeter. I then completed my legal training at the College of Law in Guildford and trained at a leading regional firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2012 into their private client team.
