Moore Blatch supports families affected by childhood brain injury

Moore Blatch, is pleased to announce their partnership with The Child Brain Injury Trust (CBIT) as they extend their vital support intervention for families affected by childhood brain injury to London.

The partnership coincides with the launch of CBIT’s London Model of Integrated Support Service at the House of Lords, which follows 18 months of planning and building relationships with clinicians, professionals and supporters.

The Child Brain Injury Trust is the only national charity in the UK offering support for the whole family for as long as they need it. Their unique way of working with clinicians from hospitals, community rehabilitation services and professionals such as Moore Blatch lawyers, allows clinicians to focus on the needs on the child, whilst CBIT and Moore Blatch help families to plan effectively for the future.

Moore Blatch is one of three law firms in London who have been selected to support families with their expertise in complex children’s brain injury cases. They offer a range of services such as ensuring children get access to the education they require and receive the welfare benefits they are entitled to.

Damian Horan, Senior Partner at Moore Blatch, said:

“Having worked with CBIT for a number of years, Moore Blatch are very pleased to be able to extend our partnership to ensure families in London get the support and help they require. Of upmost importance is securing effective outcomes for children with brain injuries and we are proud to support a charity which provides vital assistance to both children and their families.

We look forward to working with CBIT in London and fundraising for CBIT in September at our annual ‘London to Windsor Charity Cycle Challenge’.”
