Moore Blatch advise on Coach in a Box sale

Coach in a Box, a global consultancy group offering innovative coaching services, has been acquired by BTS Group AB (BTS), with legal advice being provided by Moore Blatch and financial advice by Assay Advisory.

Based in the UK, Coach in a Box employs 70 people from five offices including Chicago, Sydney and Singapore.   A global leader in scalable coaching, the group has transformed coaching from being a service for senior leaders into a practical tool, turning strategy into action across an organisation.

BTS is a global strategy implementation business.  Headquartered in Sweden, it employs around 500 people across six continents.

Sue Stokely, Managing Director of Coach in a Box, said “We are delighted to join the BTS family and are hugely confident that this strategic move will accelerate our purpose. By bringing the best of both our businesses together we will offer the market something disruptive and unique.   The legal acumen of the Moore Blatch team combined with their extensive experience providing legal advice on deals such as this played a pivotal role in bringing about this strategic move.”

“BTS’s acquisition of Coach in a Box brings together two global leaders to present an offering that should deliver superb results for their clients” commented Roger Bailey, Head of Corporate and Commercial, Moore Blatch.

“This deal is just the latest in a long line of significant projects that we’ve successfully concluded over the past 18 months. Having now advised on ¬£500m worth of deals over that period, we can attest to the fact that the M&A market continues to be very buoyant.”
