Webinar: Managing work from home arrangements: considerations for employers

This webinar will give an overview of the considerations that employers need to give to work from home set-ups on a long term basis.

Many employees will want to continue working from home as we ease out of lockdown, either on a full time or part time basis, and there are many things employers need to bear in mind when making the move to working from home. We will cover some of those things, including managing health and safety, risk assessments, protecting confidential information and personal data, and changes to employment documentation.

Led by Katherine Maxwell, employment partner, we will be joined by Victoria Dunn, Head of Facilities and Premises at Moore Barlow, who will give practical information about health and safety considerations for employers including risk assessments, lone working and mental health factors. Josie Beales, employment solicitor, will discuss employment documents, such as employment contracts and working from home policies that employers may need to have in place in light of the practical considerations covered by Victoria.
