About Bronwyn
I am a dual-qualified solicitor in the Financial Services Litigation team, specialising in recovery and enforcement work for banks and lenders.
I support clients with strategic litigation advice, guiding them through the recovery process from pre-action to judgment and enforcement, with a strong focus on achieving commercial outcomes in the most efficient and cost-effective way. My approach is driven by a clear understanding of exactly what my clients’ business priorities are.
I have extensive experience and expertise in civil litigation and recoveries, having managed a varied caseload that includes high-value, high-volume fast paced debt recovery, High Court applications, enforcement proceedings and contractual disputes.
Earlier in my career, I worked in Johannesburg, South Africa which is a more adversarial jurisdiction. As a result, I am no stranger to and am quite comfortable dealing with contentious matters. My number one priority is always securing the best result for my clients be that through effective negotiation or proceeding with litigation.
Outside of work, I enjoy running and cold-water swimming, both of which seem crazy to some, but these activities challenge me physically and mentally and help me build resilience and focus. I find that the discipline and determination these activities require translate directly into my professional life.
I am also a proud mom of two boys. Raising my family has strengthened my adaptability, patience and ability to stay calm under pressure. It has also honed my conflict resolution skills!
