About Anna
I provide company secretarial and corporate governance support to clients.
I have strong working knowledge of in-house governance functions, having worked in social housing and heritage sectors before coming to Moore Barlow. I have in-depth experience of implementing governance arrangements and supporting boards and committees in the fulfilment of their roles.
Over my career, I have achieved a level 4 certificate in Corporate Governance and I am working towards completing my Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
I studied Italian and Classics at the University of Edinburgh. In 2025 I was awarded the J F Clark and T P Rogers prizes for obtaining the best exam results in Company Law and Company Compliance & Administration in the June 2025 session for the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
I have also undertaken carbon literacy training.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that be swimming or walking, spending time with friends and family, and also being creative – I love to paint!
