About Luke
As a solicitor with almost 5 years post-qualification experience in a variety of commercial and corporate based areas of law including commercial property, employment law, and corporate law, I am able to adopt a holistic approach to corporate matters so that you will receive more well-rounded advice and service from me.
I graduated with a 2.1 in my law degree (LLB Law (Hons)) from the University of Portsmouth, and a distinction in my Legal practice course from the University of Law in Guildford.
I qualified as a solicitor in October 2020 during my commercial property seat acting for both landlords and tenants handling matters relating to leases, purchases, and sales. I have continued working on a small case load of commercial property matters since qualifying.
After qualification I moved into employment law acting for both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law from redundancy to pursuing and defending claims in the employment tribunal.
I moved into corporate law full time in April 2024. Since then, I have focused on purchases and sales of businesses, share buybacks, drafting shareholders agreements and articles of association, and including drafting and advising on commercial agreements such as director’s guarantees, NDAs, terms and conditions, loan agreements and legal charges.
I have a big interest in sports and fitness. I enjoy going to the gym, playing golf, football, tennis, and running.
I boxed in a white-collar charity boxing match in September 2019, raising roughly £500. I also ran the 2025 Manchester marathon for a charity called It’s Time, raising a total of £2,343.75. I’ll be running the Portsmouth marathon in December 2025.
