About Inez
I am best placed to assist businesses during their lifecycle on corporate governance matters including preparing shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, assisting with reorganising and restructuring a group of companies and when appropriate, assisting both sellers and purchasers with acquisitions and disposals, share buybacks and management buy-in and buyouts.
My driver is being at the forefront of business growth. I enjoy project managing, reporting and helping clients identify and navigate risks and reflecting agreed positions in key transactional documents.
I studied at the University of Kent where I read Law at both undergraduate and postgraduate level and completed the Legal practise course before training and qualifying at regional firms in the Southeast. I joined Moore Barlow’s corporate transactional team in Guildford as a solicitor in June 2025.
My other passions include beauty, fitness and wellness. I have a multi-step skin care routine, I enjoy going to barre fitness and boxing classes, sound baths, running, seeing live music, the latest marvel film (!) and cooking with or for my friends and family.
