About Sarah
I advise clients in all matters relating to their business operations and legal commercial issues. I have over 20 years’ experience working in private practice and in-house supporting in-house counsel, senior management and individuals.
I seek to support my clients by ensuring that their business interests are protected. I provide practical and commercially focused legal advice on their commercial legal matters and help them influence and achieve their business objectives.
I am approachable and open with my clients and take the time to get to know them and understand their business needs. I strive to build strong relationships so that I can support and drive matters forward while highlighting and mitigating both legal and commercial risk to my client’s business.
My clients range from small to medium-sized organisations to global companies. I support clients on their contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and interpreting them and help them protect their intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright.
In my spare time I can usually be found spending time outdoors with my family, walking our Schnoodle, camping in our VW and cooking.
I volunteer for Rainbows Girlguiding and lead a Unit of 16 girls aged 4-7 in all things messy and fun!
