About Claire
I am an Associate in the Private Wealth department, specialising in the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of attorney, estate planning, probate and estate administration.
I assist clients who want to plan for the future.
I provide estate planning and tailored Wills, including supporting Letters of Wishes, to help make sure that my clients’ wishes are carried out after their deaths.
I draft and register Lasting Powers of Attorney, to enable clients to feel confident that their financial and welfare decisions will be looked after by the people that they trust the most, if they lose the ability to make those decisions themselves.
Where someone has sadly lost their loved one, I can support them through the probate process, from advice, to conducting a full estate administration.
I appreciate that my area of work touches on sensitive topics, so I provide straight forward, compassionate, advice to help people through these difficult conversations and decisions.
I completed my law degree at Durham University, before winning a scholarship to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. I trained with a full-service international law firm within their Surrey office, before working with a leading regional law firm in Buckinghamshire.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, including my two young children. I also embroider, cook and enjoy long country walks.
