About Shereen
Prior to becoming a solicitor, I was a paralegal working in the property litigation department at a competing law firm. Here I gained knowledge and experience dealing with notices and court procedures.
I qualified as a solicitor in early 2023, and have since gained more experience drafting, serving and monitoring relevant property dispute notices, such as s25, s26 and s40 notices. I have experience with dilapidation matters, negotiating terms in a lease and relevant court procedures where applicable and dealing with telecommunications matters at the land tribunal.
I thoroughly enjoy building relationships with clients and my approach when providing advice is supportive, approachable and effective.
I am a member of the property litigation association.
Prior to becoming a solicitor; I studied at the university of Winchester for my LLB and the University of Law for my LPC, obtaining a first class honours.
For the year 2022/2023, I was the vice president of the Junior lawyers division for the south of England.
Outside of work. I enjoy staying active by going to the gym doing spin classes, playing tennis and practising yoga.
