- Corporate and personal insolvency
- Restructuring and reorganisation
In March 2020, I qualified into the Insolvency and Restructuring team at Moore Blatch LLP (now Moore Barlow, May 2020) following completion of my training contract with the firm.
During my training contract I worked with insolvency practitioners, directors, individuals, lenders, landlords, trade creditors, and other stakeholders, and have experienced a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency procedures, applications to the court and rescue and restructuring strategies.
I also completed seats in other areas of law including:
- Wills, tax and trusts
- Serious injury
- Corporate and commercial
- Commercial litigation – debt recovery, professional negligence and financial mis-selling
- Business crime and regulatory
Prior to commencing my training contract with the firm in March 2018, I worked in legal roles in property finance and litigation, both in-house and in firms in England and Australia. In 2013 I completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (Guildford) and graduated with a distinction.
Outside of work I enjoy wakeboarding, rockclimbing, boxfit and a little bit of snowboarding and salsa thrown in too!
