I am a partner and head of the professional negligence team with a special interest in marine legal matters.

My clients are professional practices such as solicitors, surveyors, architects and accountants who I help in dealing with negligence claims and all aspects of contentious insolvency.

I act for insolvency practitioners and company directors, dealing with more general professional negligence claims.

My marine clients are businesses such as boatyards or marinas, as well as individual boat owners.

In all cases, I provide my clients with legal advice that is clear, practical and cost-effective. I am always available at the end of the phone to discuss concerns or provide reassurance.

The teams I manage combine a high level of legal expertise with practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of business.
