About Joanna

I am a Chartered Legal Executive in the Major Trauma Team in London. I have experience in large loss and catastrophic injury from an insurer’s perspective, and have now moved over to assist injured parties. My previous experience gives me insight into how insurers view, run and value claims, which is invaluable in initiating rehabilitation and bringing legal proceedings where required.

My clients are individuals who have been injured in incidents which were not their fault. My role in the Major Trauma team is to firstly assist clients to get the rehabilitation they need to recover, with funding from insurers wherever possible.

Once rehabilitation has been maximised, I then look at valuing a claim to progress towards settlement. It is our ambition to settle claims by obtaining compensation before they ever have to go to formal legal proceedings, reducing the stress on the individual and aiding recovery.

I am a keen crossfitter and play musical instruments, including the bass guitar and tenor saxophone. My dog also keeps me busy!
