About Elizabeth
- Wills, tax and trusts
I am an associate in the private wealth and tax department.
I advise on inheritance tax planning and asset protection; Powers of Attorney; Wills; Probate and the administration of estates.
I find it rewarding helping clients navigate challenging times: for example, following the death of a close family member.
I graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Law (MA). After qualification as a solicitor in 1984 I worked in major London law firms.
I joined Barlow Robbins LLP, now Moore Barlow LLP, in 2016 after a career break to pursue academic study at Surrey University where I obtained BA (Hons) Humanities (First Class) and LLM (Law) with Distinction.
I am a volunteer researcher in art history at a local Museum and enjoy visiting art galleries and exhibitions. I also enjoy playing the clarinet.
