About Barnaby
I joined Moore Barlow in March 2023 from a national law firm and have been advising clients on M&A and private equity transactions since my qualification in 2018.
I take pride in getting to know my clients and understanding their businesses to ensure that my advice focuses on the issues that really matter to them to ensure that my advised is commercial and pragmatic. I advise companies and shareholders of businesses ranging from start ups and SMEs to large corporates and everything in between and assist them with acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructuring. I act for both UK and international clients and have acted on transactions with values up to £50m and involving multiple jurisdictions.
I also act for private equity investment funds in assisting them in investments and have completed a number of private equity transactions involving a complex structure in recent months.
Outside of work I try to get out into the outdoors as much as possible. In particular I enjoy hiking, running, cycling and skiing and enjoy an occasional round of golf.
