I am an experienced senior solicitor in the medical negligence team, supporting clients with all forms of medical negligence claims, ensuring that they have the finance they require and care they need to carry on with their lives.

From moderate surgical or orthopaedic injuries to catastrophically injured children and adults, I act on behalf of clients with a broad range of medical negligence claims. Many of the claims I handle involve serious injury or death.

Often, my clients have high value and complex cases related to delays in diagnosing cancer, birth injuries, general surgery, orthopaedics, and accident and emergency injuries.

I often support clients who have high value and complex cases involving delays in diagnosing cancer, birth injuries, general surgery, orthopaedics, and accident and emergency injuries.

In my view every person who has been injured by negligence should be able to have access to a solicitor, no matter the value of their loss.

The financial consequences resulting from an unexpected injury tend to disproportionately impact those on lower incomes, given that this class of people generally do not have access to sick pay or other employment benefits. Furthermore, people on low incomes are increasingly unable to get the proper amount of care and assistance that they need due to nationwide social care funding issues. It is unfair that these people should have to shoulder this burden through no fault of their own.

One of my priorities is to ensure that my clients do not suffer financial hardship as a result of injuries imposed on them, and that they are able to access the care that they need to live as normal and fulfilling a life as possible.

I qualified as a solicitor in 2013, having obtained a first class honours law degree from the College of Law.

I joined Moore Blatch in 2014 (now Moore Barlow, May 2020) and I now have over ten years’ experience conducting medical negligence claims for claimants.

I have a keen interest in climbing and mountaineering and try to get away to the mountains whenever I can.
