Your Role at Moore Barlow
What type of work will you be doing?
We are trusted advisers for all property and conveyancing matters including complex and high value residential transactions, leasehold property issues, lease extensions, commercial property transactions and financing.
Clients include property developers, landlords and private individuals looking for legal expertise in the management of their property transactions and portfolios. A high number of these clients are High Net Worth individuals with some billionaire clients.
Mike Wilson is the team leader for our Rural, Town & Country teams in Lymington, Mentor, Professional Deputy and overall Head of the Lymington office and you will be working with him and his established client base.
What we look for:
We are seeking a highly experienced fee earner wanting to develop their career to Partnership level in helping to manage and build the property team that is based in Lymington, as well as act for high net worth clients across South East England and beyond in dealing not only with residential, but a wide range of property work.
You will need to be technically strong in this area of law and have an excellent record of client service delivery and financial performance. You will also need to be enthusiastic and driven about working in this area of law, fully committed to the needs of the client and ensure strong business development.
If you have an existing loyal client following then that’s great, but it’s not essential. This really is about an opportunity for the right person with the passion needed to thrive in this lucrative and key service offering at Moore Barlow. The right person will see their career soar to Partnership level in this role as effectively number 2 to Mike Wilson and be responsible for their own portfolio of existing clients, whilst being part of the exciting journey of building out this service offering as we continue to lead the market in this space.
You will have gained experience at a leading regional or London firm and be ready for the next step in your career. You will be working within a large, dynamic and collaborative team in a fun and supportive environment.
