About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate that wishes to embark on a career in conveyancing to join our fast-paced team in Lymington. The role will be an administrative role working alongside a fee earner in all matters of conveyancing. We are a diverse, experienced and flexible team handling a very broad mix of residential property transactions. We work closely alongside our land development and commercial property teams across all of the Moore Barlow offices.
Key duties will include:
- Opening and closing files
- Updating Clients
- Obtaining updates from solicitors
- Exchange and Completion paperwork
What we look for:
- Must be a good team player willing to work cooperatively with others.
- Good organisation with strong administration skills.
- An interest in conveyancing desirable.
- Able to produce a large quantity of work and complete tasks to strict deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent internal stakeholder and client handling skills.
